I live in New Orleans, which is a blue city and a red state, and yes, most of the state knew that there would be cuts to NOAA. But sadly, none of them bothered to look up what that would ultimately mean.

What would he have to do to make it legal to remove him from office? I know he can resign on his own, but barring that what does he have to do to literally be thrown out of office? Half or more of his executive orders are illegal. Being challenged in the courts wasting taxpayer money.
