which....i have that because of a medical condition, and nothing has destroyed my mental health more than not being able to just EAT FOOD. everything has to be considered, ingredients checked etc. it's a terrible fucking life and i'm so sad about it.

a friend of mine went into septic shock after doing several weight-loss type surgeries (lypo/tummy tuck/reduction etc) and almost died and I honestly have never been more angry.
