So for the last 2 years I've been trying to eat healthier & somewhat exercise more [but failing.. at exercising] & my weight going up & down between 320 & 317 for most of the time. But my new doctor is more understanding about me & exercising & has put me on a once a -->>

**3.10.2025 Weight lbs**
Today i ACTUALLY got sweating alot with this new machine i found to work my belly with crunches! I did about 20 reps at 25lbs weights [<way easy] then did another 100 reps are 50lbs weights. New machine makes me hold my arms out & push to my feet as i work my belly.

**3.7.2025 Weight lbs**
Today i did 40 reps of crunches at 40lbs then 20 reps at 50lbs. Good bit of lower back/butt reps [didnt count today]. Did like 5 leg pushes [found it to hard with my current weight & leg strength] then did about 10 leg lifts
[hard too but for a different reason]

Today we went to the gym today & i did 40 reps of crunches at weight of 40 & i was feeling it in my belly
also walked on the tredmill for 3 minutes then did 30 reps of butt/lower back. focusing more of trying to walk more & firm up my belly & butt area atm

First day that the gym & i did 30 reps of crunches, 70 lower back & butt reps & about 2 minutes of seated walking [only because i cant keep my legs from going fast atm so started hurting quickly]
