It also won’t change my spending practices for me to “stimulate the economy”. It feels like a way to draw a line between political parties for who will and who won’t support families during a cost of living crisis. 🤷🏼♀️

It seems like bad policy imo. I can see larger companies taking advantage & raising prices. I feel for smaller businesses & how much work is needed to change their pricing for such a short time period. I also worry about the deficit… but I’m also not struggling financially to benefit from saving $30

So much yes to your list! Those are social programs and necessary medical items that should be covered by our government. Affordable daycare always. No taxes on necessary services like home heating, utilities, internet etc. would be nice as well.
