Yuhh, it’s so funny to me lowkey when one of my alters gets emotional and starts crying and then leaves the front, then comes back like a half hour later mostly emotionally stable but still a bit sniffly or smthn 😭🙏

I use an app called Finch to help remind me to do stuff I might otherwise forget ngl, I have to be certain I get on there every day tho (haven’t missed a day yet so I’m doing good)

Ngl I’m pretty sure most of the time if I cry my alters switch spots and change up my emotions, in those instances it doesn’t make me exhausted like that, other times it does tho and makes me sleepy or smthn… I haven’t known long enough to figure out all that tho

Btw he’s so good he plays either top player lobbies or ranked 🙏 so I’m so happy I get to learn how to play good with him (he says I kicked but for being so new to it HEHE)
