I really thought the 3 mile walk I went on yesterday would completely tire me out today but I'm actually feeling pretty good. My energy levels are "normal" and I'm not sore at all 👀 I think I may be evolving

Also! There's this shrub that I think is really beautiful that's all around the neighborhood and I finally identified it. It's called lantana but apparently it's poisonous and can be invasive. Why the city would plant it then? Idk 🤷♀️

Some little friends I met on my walk tonight! I decided to take the second part of the route I'm trying to build. I really want to walk the whole thing but the weather has not really been my friend and walking at night isn't the safest. Hopefully it'll be better when winter rolls around though 🩷

One thing I've been thinking about a lot lately is how expressing sadness or any other "negative" emotion aside from anger is often considered a major social faux pas and breeds excess hostility and emotional confusion among our communities.
