I suddenly remembered my old Halloween Kiyoteru design I posted in October 2014 so

Boo! 10+ year old art jumpscare!
Hiyama Kiyoteru in a pumpkin themed outfit. He is wearing a tailcoat and orange pinstripe vest as well as an orange vampire-styled cape that has a Jack-o'-lantern face design on it. He is holding a cane with an orange orb on top with a Jack-o'-lantern face on it. He also has a half mask with a pumpkin motif and a bowler style hat with an orange ribbon.
