Yes!!! It’s all I’ve been able to think about. We must commit to this. It’s even more horrific than the s***airplane. BTW, in Frederick, MD is a beautiful little park designed by the creator of the Rose Garden. Trump kills anything beautiful. It’s like the harrowing of the Shire.

I also discovered (&this isn’t Apple) that your VO2 automatically gets downgraded simply because you are older. This strikes me as being as dumb an idea as using BMI to measure weight (it overlooks several key factors like muscle and bone structure) and has led to athletes being judged obese.
