I disagree with this... mostly because I think the problem isn't that he brings the lawyer mindset home, as much as... deeper down, being condescending is his default reaction to (and tactic for dealing with) a woman contradicting or challenging him. 😬

As one who REALLY hears music, yet not great w/visual input at all, I can attest to the fact that some folks just don't have the abilities &/or skills to interpret all of their sensory experience, & it's on a spectrum for all. Focus can be taught/learned, but if you don't know you don't have it? 🤷
