Ok so I need a faster machine but something still squarely mid 90’s for a project. This should do great. Pentium 133MHz, 32MB RAM, CF-IDE for storage. Also PSU.

I normally never record video in portrait but in this case I think it’s fine. I had high hopes for the Samsung SIR-T451 ATSC tuner. It does a really good job pulling out stations that the cheap portable ATSC tuner couldn’t and looking great on my 27” CRT hehe […]
