I did not choose this and don't want to hear bad about the people that did. They were doing as they thought best from a theater supply, and it's over and done.

Challenge 2) the feathers are literally gold foil hot glued to cheap felt. They look great on stage... terrible with the smock. So flimsy that they bob around.
They have to be visible from multiple angles, so I can't just reinforce them.
I'd pull the feathers and remake them, but zero time...

The wings are felt with no inner wire beyond a 1 inch piece at the wing joint where 2 very flimsy plastic bra straps sit. The straps are stretched to HnB and were upon arrival.
Challenge 1) The kids wear a smock over their leotard. The straps cut into the flowy sleeves and look awful.

Longer story: I stupidly volunteered to help with kiddo's dance studio's production of Nutcracker.
Because I have a massive crafting background, they gave me the challenge of attaching their new, pre-made, veeery $$$ angel wings to the kids' costumes.
I MUST use THESE wings. They are flimsy AF.

Zip. I'm lucky if I can find canned stuff. Sometimes, I can find tomatillos at Walmart. But rarely.
