I'm making my semi-annual tonkatsu ramen broth while off work. This will simmer all day. This will make about 4 gallons and last about 6 months.

14 years ago, we adopted a German shepherd mix and named him Tavi. He was my shadow to the end. Today, he walked across the rainbow bridge. Hopefully, he catches one of the squirrels he always chased.

Had a big meeting today with customers and suppliers I had to present at. Went pretty great but I'm exhausted. Been awake since 3am. Was in the meeting for 9 hours. Now to take a nap.
