I never thought exploring new computer stuff would put me in a therapeutic little space. Currently working on setting up remote connections to my Linux machines and setting up an arcade machine downstairs. Also have a raspberry pi that I'm not sure what to do with.

GW2 is such an interesting game. It's unbelievably jank but the freedom it affords in terms of choose your own adventure is unmatched for a mmo. The more I play it the more it grows on me. Also chalice of tears is like THE WORST Jump Puzzle I have ever done in a mmo ever.

Starting off the week on a good foot.. (paw?) Using positive self affirmation and basically doing my best to maintain a good vibe overall. I'm both supporting myself mentally but also allowing myself to break free of my typical limitations when it comes to being so guarded.

between career stuff I been playing pokemon za and guild wars 2. The more I play gw2 the more it grows on me. Surprisingly Pokemon ZA has been a blast, it's incredibly addictive. I'm really enjoying the loop of both games.

I've got about 4 days left on my ff14 sub which i'll take another extended break. (Should rename it dawn-break not dawn trail) Way too many good games in my backlog, also gotta do so much big people stuff.
The relic dispenser continues to dispense relics tho. :3

Giving GW2 another look, i'm really enjoying their set pieces. It's crazy that the battle field itself is rotating. Just hit the final chapter of the main heart of thorns story and moving onto the living world section now. I want to go back and map clear but I need more mobility via glider mastery.

Seems something of a way to gate keep, since learning OBS from scratch does take considerable effort. Personally, I go for something of a minimal approach with as few dependencies as possible. One day I plan to set up a local solution for the browser objects.

I made some updates to my obs scene/sources for my next stream. I can finally independently tune audio. (Finally moved away from my old classic set up on old OBS.)
I will probably need to tweak audio some more. For some reason my voice sounds better unaltered. Compression makes me sound awful.

Sonic Racing:Cross World first impressions are good, SR:Transformed has set a really high bar. I gotta say the boat and plane sections feel... weird in this game. The levels also don't feel very cohesive. Perhaps in it's attempt to emulate MK9, it lost a little of itself in the process.

my throat is still sore from that 7 hour ffxiv stream on tuesday night. (I thought msq would have been shorter! D: )
The quality of 7.3 msq has been good tho. Enjoyed the raid, really love the third encounter. I have to take it easy on ffxiv tho. More mario rpg tonight!

The stream was a really fun experiment. Really got some good steps in today. according to my watch 14548 steps. I'm a little worried mixing in my furry life with ITG but it's whatever. live and let live. (Furries pretty much made up half of the underground scene anyway.)
