Problems of it being heavily fetishized. Esp early on, a lot of it was bogus and just the stupid scissor position (it can work, but your bodies need to be compatible) Luckily, it's slowly changing

Might need to try out the concept "Non zero days". Basically means just started something on your list of to-dos and doesn't matter how much you do or how short or long you take, just get something done. It can even only just be one thing, at least you got something finished
