But how else are we supposed to "shift the dial"? What you're looking for, "in the round", is a "step-change" in the "framing" of the debate. And I'm afraid there's just "no magic silver bullet" for that.

Thanks for this thread Andrew, really useful. Slight correction offered for this tweet: it's NESO's report that envisages 5% of electricity coming from gas plants, not Labour's, unless I've missed something. The Government is formally going to announce its actual plan before the end of the year.
