Do tell me how US law enforcement has any jurisdiction in a foreign country? Pretty sure the US just violated international laws and potentially committed war crimes at the same time. I'd have to look at specifics, but targeting a foreign leader seems like something that should be on the list.

If you look at the cost of the technology that would be needed to fake a moon landing, you realize that it would be cheaper to just go to the moon. As far as anyone can tell the blueprints for the Saturn 5 rocket would make a vessel capable of reaching and landing on the moon.

The knowledge Ukraine has is even more valuable then anything they could export after the war is over. USA wants to know how HIMARS performed? Ukraine knows what went well, what went wrong, and what steps can be taken to make it perform even better.

I'm actually fine with testing if it advances scientific understanding, however we've pretty much tested everything we could.
Until mankind decides to grow up and stop claiming power they shouldn't have, nuclear weapons are the only deterrent. I wish that one day we no longer need the threat.

My state law is that a 16 year old can consent unless there is a power dynamic in the relationship (worker/boss, student/teacher). That doesn't mean it isn't creepy as all hell for someone twice as old the prey on the young. Someone with 20 years of experience can easily manipulate a person with 0

A president can only invoke the insurrection act if an area is refusing to comply with federal laws or refusing to comply with federal agents. No one is doing that, at most states are refusing to help out agencies by not volunteering information without a court order.
