It's not lost on me that the guy who apparently doesn't feel like he should be reporting on real news.... has to report on the craziest news of the year.

You always imagine that celebrities have every measure in place to prevent accidents like this, because they can afford every measure. I think that is what makes this story so striking. You assume they have people who would do LOVE to spend time with them, hear their stories, bask in their wealth.

This isn't unheard of, either. There is a similar case in Missouri, the man is on death row as well with a man killing the woman's father and using their toddler as a shield to prevent officers from firing. Some people truly are sick, something isn't firing right in their brains.

At this point, it must be a ploy to receive coverage and remain relevant. But perhaps that's too hopeful.
