Good luck to your daughter in her studies. As a pro musician I know how tough a road it is but in contrast with authoritarianism, it is good for the soul & playing will keep her sane.

I’m so sorry 😔 (my youngest (13yrs) is a horn player & obsessed with the horn this would break his heart)
This will impact school instruments everywhere - double basses for school are all Chinese made.

The scary point in all this is will America just put up with a failed president & limp along instead of doing anything about it. He’s undoubtedly failed already by many normal standards.
