Another fun fact: my wife is cis and her recovery period, maximum output, endurance, and energy levels are roughly equivalent to mine (on T I couldn’t reach fatigue levels doing her work out together); we are roughly the same weight. I’m faster in sprints, bc I’m 7” taller, she has more endurance.

Awe this makes me so happy my last gp was totally tuned in as well X

This is the argument I would have made at CAS in the Caster challenge or the future Khelif challenge to show the T regulations are unscientific and also sexist.

but at the same time they forced healthy female athletes to become unhealthy medical patients by forcing them to sufferer the negative health consequences of androgen deprivation by making these females reduce their T levels as a prerequisite to compete.

The IAAF for example allows unhealthy males to have exogenous T to relieve these men of the serious health consequences of androgen deprivation by allowing these males to be granted a TUE for exogenous T,

My biggest fears are your continued health so many of us have broken down with zero T. Sport orgs need to treat out T needs on an individual basis like they do for men but cis or trans women we don’t get the same health respect.

Science experiment no athlete checking in, 10 months and some days since starting gaht: my body is just starting to get used to the increased recovery period and the fatigue/new maximum output of my muscles/body has asserted itself wondefully

poor libido, and adverse effects on lipid profile, diabetes, and fatigue’, states the letter.

These sports authorities still think T is about performance when it’s really about daily health.

The UN has previously highlighted several times the medical harm that a gonadectomy can cause 46 XY female athletes with a DSD. ‘These surgeries can cause irreversible harms to women, including compromising bone and muscle strength and risking chronic weakness, depression, sleep disturbance,

It is understood that this is why 46 XY people have higher testosterone levels than 46 XX
people.

As such, if you reduce the testosterone levels of 46 XY athletes, you will reduce athletic performance, but you also risk damaging their health.

Protein synthesis is understood to help the body develop red 🩸 cells, muscles & ligament tissue. In simple terms, it is understood that the XY body requires between 6 & 10 times the amount of T than the XX to ensure that protein synthesis continues effectively –or in other words,to maintain health.
