I just pulled my spot cleaner apart to fix the nozzle that stopped dispensing fluids and only hosed half of the kitchen on accident so i'm a BIT of an electronics technician

Whenever people complain about defendants “getting off by playing the mental health card”, what they’re saying is that they don’t take mental health seriously and don’t expect the justice system to either. But this magistrate’s comments show they are acutely aware of when it is and isn’t a factor.

The main topic in that area is combating domestic and family violence, which I pretty loudly believe in. But what I DON'T believe in is invaliding ANYONE as a mental health consumer, nor belittling the socio-ecological factors hampering meaningful interventions.
