If Microsoft plays it smart and merges their console and PC infrastructure then they will be in a great place going forward.
To me the weakness of the xbox line is their lack of PC/windows compatibility.

Like most of Activisions acquisitions, they buy out a company, kill their creativity and leadership then close down the studio.
