Had to do a running test today for a lab report and I'm very proud of myself for pushing through the whole way without stopping at all. Thank you sonic music for giving me energy the whole time

I am skipping leg day yet again because why would I want more muscle on my legs when I do upperbody calisthenics? It just adds more weight (I am making excuses)
