Libraries as social spaces matter as much as study spaces. With 50+ libraries at U of Siena serving 18K students, they've learned: the physical library creates an irreplaceable atmosphere for human connection and contemplation that digital can't replicate. 2/

My colleague Lee and I presented a BCU poster on accessible document supply—such a privilege to see it alongside excellent work from across the Mercian network. The keynote and breakout sessions were brilliant. Some of the best presentation skills I've ever witnessed!
