Wait till you decline to the point where you start filing ziplock bags upright as individual portions to save freezer space…

Was surprised that you didn’t juxtapose Polanski and Mamdani (rather than Corbyn) in this one considering the upcoming live show will be focusing on Zack..? Surely the two ‘Z’s’ are far more similar in terms of the hope factor

Can’t help but think that the GOP are so far gone that they’ll be making the same mistake again and again.

I just sigh when I see any artist refer to the self as ‘an artist’.

There’s def something in the marketing that makes you think they’ll turn you into the culinary genius you always hoped for (if only non-stick pans were truly dishwasher proof!). Not sure how much better Doritos Lasagne can get though…

I see Gordon Ramsay and hexagonal shapes in my dreams - I endorse this statement

I’m just waiting for the moat, turrets and guards on horseback to appear…

Another one of these self-styled 'self-made' folks that bestow on themselves this right to advocate for collective punishment of people they deem as mere cogs in the wheel. Their crime? Not being as lucky in life as this narcissist.

That’s the ‘gnats breath’ I speak of… they’re still looking at retrospective performative punishment

Perhaps anyone arriving at the Home Office should be forced to go and volunteer at an immigration centre for a month or two before being let loose on policy making…

Seems nuts that Starmer went out to hammer a Reform policy as racist then, 48 hours later, Labour propose legislation within a gnat’s hair of the same grubby bullshit. They’re (we’re) cooked with Starmer and his advisors in place…

The other problem is that he’s packaging this as a solution to appease the far right. As someone from N Ireland I can see situations where ‘patriots’ decide it’s their job to ask for peoples’ ID just like factions on barricades did in NI during the Troubles

I’m presuming that initial admin will be similar to applying for a passport
September 26, 2025 at 6:49 AM
It’s all so achingly ‘Starmer’. A technical reaction to what required an emotional response. The result - yet another annoying app and additional admin to add to our godforsaken lives
September 26, 2025 at 6:08 AM
This strikes me as such a Starmer reaction. Come up with a technical solution to desperately counter some of the far right pressure. In a year or so we'll all hate the extra admin which will forever be synonymous with Keir and his technocratic ways...

'Brit Card' sounds so naff - the idea may play well with the right initially, but when it actually comes to adding it to our phones and it becomes a technical headache for many, it'll just feel like another shit, adminy, thing to do in our lives...
