It also forces anyone following Mando to have to watch Boba Fett or they won't know what's going on, since what happens there changes the stakes for Mando entirely, basically undoing the ending of season 2.

It does both shows dirty. I can't imagine it pleases anyone in the end.

I really liked the opening of TBoBF, to be clear! I was down to see him figure out how to carve a place for himself in the world again after coming back from the jaws of death. It's not fair that several of his episodes got stolen by a different show.

Was literally just talking about this with my partner yesterday as we were trying to figure out which Star Wars series merit a watch or re-watch.

At a certain point the show just becomes Mandalorian season 2.5, which sucks a lot if you actually came here wanting to watch a show about Boba Fett.
