100%. I rewatched The Russia House the other day and I can't think of a recent film that comes close to it in terms of the sheer classiness of its craft.

It needed another 30 minutes. They got the pacing just about right for the early episodes and then it becomes way too frantic. I felt the same about The Daleks last year.
