In Spine Pro, I animate only the character, other effects like outlines, polka dots, and additional editing are done in After Effects.

Right now the working limits is 60 seconds, <50MB, and the streamed resolution from the CDN to start will be two options, 360p@500kbps and 720p@1500kbps. Videos will get framerates downsampled to 30fps.
"Original" versions which get stored on the PDS will be 3mbps, 1080p, 30fps.
