Today we honor the living and the journey of the individuals who by have fought and fight daily to not be another name read this year.

Every time we internalize these lies about ourselves we externally project the same transphobic idealism upon all trans* identified individuals, because until you can accept yourself and love yourself you can not nor are you capable of accepting another.

we are beautiful, that we say beat ourselves up because we don't fall into the idealism of passing or what gender is sterotyped to look like; or when we can't love ourselves because of our bodies, or that we feel like we are better off dead.

Today we remember those that have lost their lives due to transphobia from others as well as the personal transphobia that we fight within ourselves every time we say we aren't worth it,
