My partner's doing a Pennywise cosplay and I'm trying to make a head prosthetic for it. Direct 3-piece printed mold, there will be some seams, but that's okay for this use.
It's gonna take days to print, but I hope it turns out nice!

Plenty of room to slide the master into the shell, uniform clearance all around, and it should be strong enough to survive the clamping a few times! 🥳

This is before post-processing, so don't look too closely, but damn, I'm so happy with the outcome already.
The white discoloration seems to be from isopropyl alcohol I didn't let evaporate before curing, but that shouldn't be an issue.

The firmer A10 silicone for the mold was such a good choice. I can reflect the whole mold without concern of ripping it, it's insanely helpful.
The toy itself is also A10!
