Ive figured out the purpose of toilet paper roll orientation:
Counterclockwise
Pros:
- Can place phone on top and pull from without phone falling.
- Phone can be used to make more tension
- Less entertaining for children to unroll

Ive figured out the purpose of toilet paper roll orientation:
