It’s good. It feels sort of similar to Birkenstock minus the toe bar. I’m a pronator and I usually feel fine after a days wear. They are heavy, so there’s that.

According to Reddit, the way to go is a half inch 2x4 from the hardware store. Then wrap it in cotton batting and insul brite and then top with cotton.
