Philip Roth has written probably the most well written books I've read (I've read only 2 tbh), but they end so abruptly with no conclusion or ending that I can't ever read another one. It's so infuriating. Sadly.

I shall go on to twitter and use this meme liberally. Thank you.

Now that's funny.

The thing about council homes, apart from housing the homeless, are that they automatically become an asset for the country and immediate guaranteed income. If those housed there are on benefits, instead of going to parasitic landlords, the rent goes straight back to the public purse. Win, win.

Hey USA. Be more French. They wouldn't put up with this shit.
July 1, 2025 at 3:43 AM
On top of that they haven't dropped a single bomb on anyone in 45 years, whereas the US have dropped over 300,000 in the last 20 years.
YOU may be better off in the US, the rest of the world is not better off with a dominating US.

I've looked into their social credit system and it only applies to businesses, it does not apply to citizens. Yes it's still too authortarian for my liking but they've brought 800 million out of poverty in 40 years and there's no tent cities there and no medical bankruptcies and it's improving.
June 14, 2025 at 2:39 PM
No it hasnt😂.
It's brought prosperity for US citizens maybe. It's brought dictatorships (Pinochet, Suharto etc) and millions of deaths in 147 interventions and wars. China is now showing the US how to do it without using bombs or coercion, but investment in infrastructure.

I really think you should've put "liberate so many people.." in quotation marks. Just so we know, that you know how much bs that is.

Apologies, I wasn't thinking. I've deleted said post.

But it is. If you're a billionaire and you really believe in reform and helping the poor, maybe invest so much money into groups promoting progressive reform or feed, shelter and clothe so many you are no longer a billionaire. Until they do this they can't be taken seriously.

She either knew or she's biding her time fella. Women don't forget stuff like that no matter how drunk.

How am I brain washed? I don't succumb to your thinking or the Trump project 2025 nonsense. I don't listen to any MSM. I don't let the YouTube algorithm influence me. I read indy journos and books written by experts in their field and form my own opinions. You might be the one who's indoctrinated.

Trump is just the other cheek on the same stinky arse as the Democrats in US or left political movements in the rest of the west. The very wealthy have a hold of all bases. It's up to the working man to fight it, but I don't think the heart is there.

80 years ago we didn't have the means to feed everyone. Now we do and have done since the 90s but choose not to. It's a sad indictment of the human race as a whole that the system doesn't allow it and the voting public continually vote the same parasites to power.
May 16, 2025 at 5:01 PM
For the first time in history we have the resources to feed, clothe and shelter everyone on earth. Yet 9 million people starve to death every year and have done for decades. Just cos you and your ilk are OK doesn't mean the rest of the world is.
It's called empathy. Try it.
May 16, 2025 at 3:39 PM
No. It was the most prosperous for Americans on the whole maybe, but not for the rest of the world. 147 wars and interventions on foriegn lands since ww2 and 300,000 bombs dropped in the last 20 years alone says otherwise.
Read Chomsky's "Manufacturing Consent."
