You feel like you don't have privacy nor confidence. You just want to be left alone and that is OK. Why is this a shameful thing to have. I would love if people are speaking up against RTO and be annoying about hybrid and remote work. It feels like it is a taboo topic and it should not be.

It is salt on the wound and condescending of people. What's worse is that pro RTO people shames introverts into being open. Seriously, they are here to work and not chitchat. I bet being in the office is very lonely as well as you are doing your job in front of so many people.

So the next time you feel like you are not the change you want to be to the world or you see yourself hopeless and cannot change, observe what you do. Observe the days that passed by that you noticed was different (whether a good king of different or bad) and see to it that you enacted change.

People have lives and psychological behavior, and also people are different in how they react. Sometimes ideas that might not mean much to you might make a huge difference. Mistakes as small can cost a lot.

Another thing about enacting change is you can enact change to yourself without knowing it.
