You could confuse this with emphysema (answer C: hyperdistension of alveolar ducts associated with rupture of alveolar septa & respiratory bronchiolitis) but the patient is only 32 & there are numerous cysts & no bronchial wall thickening. #RespEd 12/n www.pathologyoutlines.com/topic/lungno...

The TB treatment regime contains Rifapentine not Rifampicin. Standard TB treatment can be used in some cases but if a ritonavir-boosted protease inhibitor is part of the ARV regime then Rifapentine is swapped in. Check the @bhiva.bsky.social guidelines! 4/n #RespEd bhiva.org/clinical-gui...
