Here in San Jose, I believe our mayor is taking the right approach. Clear the camps, get them housed or sheltered and don’t let them return.

I had a camp 100ft from my front door for 16 years. 16 years of the vagrants crapping in my bushes, breaking into my garage, fires, garbage, nightly fights, constant police calls and a whole lot more. Letting them remain there in that squalor is not compassion, it’s criminal neglect.

Now, this outfit outright lied about the required hours for a cosmetologist. It’s 1,000hrs not 1,600. That’s a 160% mark up.
