Yeah I love how much better subtitles on TVs are here in Japan than what I’m used to. I have them on constantly during anything not live.

I’ve checked out the web version, which seems to be struggling on modern iOS Safari, one the most important browsers, and not only did Vine’s tech not age well in world where browsers increasingly mute or pause auto playing videos(which is good), but some of the content hasn’t aged well either.
