Burnt out old webcomics artist slowly re-launching and doing work for some friends TTRPG projects. I like drawing goblins, the late Bode artist, Underground Comix, classic Men's Magazines and Hentai. NSFW to say the least...!

It's done a ton of cultural damage, causing most things to be hoarded by a few and very hard to work with things we grew up with even in totally legal references. And most things earn 99% of their $ the first few years so later references help not hurt.

For "Star Wars" well I make sure:

We need human art done outside the computer - individual art styles, indie comics, creator owned characters - a new underground/direct market. It's not AI that's the killer its the big companies which now are in some kind of endgame...

I think AI can be a good thing in that we can have "Imperfect" styles. Used to be if you had anything a brush stroke short of Frazetta the trolls piled on you and people were afraid to compliment you lest the trolls harass them.
Now if your work isn't "Perfect" so D- what - USE AI...!

And yeah, I can use digital tools also - buddy (yes one of the RPG ones) bought me the latest Clip Studio Paint - it's cool. Good for rapid production of product. Made this Witch of Eros for Orange Sun RPG.
But I can do my own (crude) stuff 100% physical now.
