You came at me with vitriol without even knowing the first thing about me. That’s what MAGA does too, btw.

lol, I didn’t vote for him. I voted for Stein in RI. Kamala won our state by like the largest margin. It’s possible to know Trump is just a billionaire exploiting the country and that Obama used his presidency to largely do the bidding of big business.

I’m not just gonna take whatever the Dems thrust upon us. I’m more interested in working on setting up parties that aren’t controlled by corporations and billionaires. DemSoc party and a Libertarian party, fill them with people that ACTUALLY care about our society.

Remember to contact your state reps office. Every voice counts. Grateful to be from RI, where we’re arguably second most leftist state. Our courts just denied the freeze, forced emergency funding. That might be possible in WA.

I will always support what he did with ACA. People usually don’t understand this, but the pre-existing condition clause is the most important part of the act. Before that, people would either bankrupt themselves into financial ruin, or just die.

It IS all about money, you’re dead on. Also, remember, fuck everybody else. Celebrate whoever you want, somebody has to be the first to clap, you know.

You’re right… he could have done worse. I’m grateful his actions did help save people like yourself. I completely understand where you’re coming from. Happy you’re still with us. Again, sorry to work you up.
November 6, 2025 at 2:42 AM
I don’t want you to hate him. I don’t hate him. He annoys me, because I believed he would change things. I honestly have to go to sleep. I hope you have a good evening. If I got you worked up, it wasn’t my intention, forgive me.

Absolutely, Dodd-Frank is pretty good… but he also refused to try to reinstate glass steaghal. Which is the best standard for banking and investment.

He could have brought this back!

But he was just like the white ones before him, was the problem. I thought “a black president?!? Surely he’ll help the poor people” didn’t. He DID do better things than the republicans, but they’re demons and vultures, so, low bar.
November 6, 2025 at 2:22 AM
I understand, I believed in Obama. That’s the thing I was born in 95, couldn’t vote either. But he gave me HOPE! That’s what he ran on. He said he was gonna go for single payer! He immediately backtracked, cut out the public option even. Trust me, I’m happy we elected a black president, we needed to

My bad, legit didn’t mean to misgender. Won’t let me edit.
November 6, 2025 at 2:13 AM
You missed it my guy, you didn’t. Go watch that 5 minute video… or don’t I honestly don’t care
November 6, 2025 at 2:11 AM
ACA was better than nothing, but it was a bandaid for a gunshot wound. With public option, every cancer patient would have access to exploratory treatment. Now, Dilbert gets to text Trump to skip the line.
November 6, 2025 at 2:10 AM
Took me 3 minutes to find that in the article YOU linked
November 6, 2025 at 2:08 AM
He didn’t sign it, he just supported and enacted it, you’re right. Like ICE agents aren’t kidnapping people, Trump is because he gave the order. That rationale is trash. Obama extended TARP. Remember when I said my family lost our home, I remember what happened bro.
November 6, 2025 at 2:08 AM
Remember when yall had a super majority, but did nothing with it, because it wasn’t proper or some bs? Remember that? When my family lost our house to a predatory second mortgage and you bailed the banks responsible out, to the tune of 1 trillion $? I remember that. You sold me hope, then sold me out
