The core is Tiefling Shifter (the SoP one, not the 1pp one) with the Maw or Claw to get a racial bite, then using the Alteration Sphere and Bestial traits to maximize the efficacy of Serpentine Transformation & reducing how many traits you apply to your transmutation effect
Cast Iron Stomach isn't necessary, but it's useful for increasing the amount of HP loss required to lose your prey, and Extradimensional Gullet negates losing your ability to use Swallow Whole. Extradimensional Stomach increases the amount of creatures you can have swallowed, which is also multiplied by the aforementioned Extradimensional Gullet feat. If your GM won't allow you to take monster feats that still apply, you can still get plenty out of it because of how Swallow Whole & Extradimensional Gullet interact with each other These two feats are the core of accelerating your consumption of prey and how much you can have consumed respectively, remembering that Swallow Whole doubles the amount of prey that you can have swallowed for every size category they are smaller than your maximum size (E.G. at 16th level with the correct Bestial Traits WITHOUT Extradimensional Gullet means you can have one gargantuan, two huge, four large, sixteen medium, etc. creatures or any combination therein.) This drawback trait allows you to get the necessary Warp talent without having to invest more than one talent into it, minimizing the amount of talents you have to sacrifice to get Extradimensional Gullet online.
