I redesigned some pride flags and smushed em together into one for me~ 😊

I have used these in the past. You need to heat set it I think, just by throwing it in the dryer after. But be sure to read the instructions.

I don't care for DBT myself. It feels like deliberately gaslighting yourself. But I was misdiagnosed with BPD so maybe it works for people who actually have it or maybe the particular book I was given just sucked. However I do really like this book, but it's to pretty to use.
