Another strategy I've employed is, while you're hidden, hit the radar dish from behind from it's 3 o'clock (or 2:30-ish).

keep at a medium-ish distance for a lot of the fight, and when Liquid fires the missiles, run TOWARDS them, so they fly pass you overhead.
Admittedly, it takes a bit of practice, as it requires crackerjack timing and good placement, but I've had good luck with it.

If you throw chaff grenades, you can blind him in the first stage. They also throw off the homing missiles.
I tend to throw a chaff grenade, let it explode, and cheese it.

An entire thriving ecosystem that you could study like an ethologist, so you can better understand Pokemon, how to better catch them.
Not only that, but it takes into account of things like catching so many Pokemon that the species goes extinct in the region.

For example, imagine a new type of Pokemon game where the Pokemon could actually behave like real animals, even when you're not around: migrating, breeding, hunting, battling, etc.

Yeah, I get what you mean. lol My profession is programming, so I am more familiar with the differences even if I don't yet specialize in it.

In this particular case, it's more about stimulating behavior based on environment and context and the players' actions.
