Definitely STILL WAKES THE DEEP. I posted on IG. It was more a surprise though because it quite literally came out of nowhere for me and it’s high quality production was the second surprise, it was so well done all round.

I agree, yes some games do have politics in them, but in MGS’s case it’s not something people picked up on in the era, it was something they read about or watched a YouTube video that brought it to their attention. Most were too busy enjoying the epic movie style cutscenes to think about it.

That’s your perception, but I have no issue with people’s choice or their nature in terms of sexuality or gender, never have, I just don’t need it rammed down my throat in video games as it’s being done in movies and TV shows. It’s a private thing to me, not an advertisement.

One of THE BEST games ever made, and I’m not Souls master. This is SOULS LITE, and a mind blowingly good game that after 200hrs I still need to complete. I had to stop as I need to play other games. I’ll be back though 👀

It’s important to make everyone welcome in games, but in my opinion, games are about escapism, enjoyment, and fun… not politics or gender wars. There’s way too much emphasis on sex and gender, I don’t care what your sexual preference is.. it’s a video game, I play those to get away from real life!

I’ve played the first 3 missions and it’s a great bit of space combat and a very interesting storyline so far, plus it’s a stunner 🤩🤩🤩.

Great games with friends! Play those as well although haven’t enjoyed Halo Infinite in a while, which is easily one of the finest PVP’s around.
And Forza Motorsport 2, great racer. Such a shame they killed the servers.

Congratulations. One I still need to played. I recently got a repro of the first, which I’ll play first, not sure when though as juggling a lot right now.

Exactly, the same way I feel, but I love the dynamics of the Remake, so much more fluid to play and the visuals and sound are to die for 🤩

Agreed, original hardware is the only way to play sometimes, that way you can truly relate to its original play and experience it as it was meant in the era. Emulation is good for preservation and access, but some of the game just gets lost along the way.
