I've recently set timers on my social media app so I don't doom scroll at night or check them to much during the day. I've also been using Catzy app to track goals as use the exercises for anxiety and self care. I'm hoping these both help with my poo poo brain. #mentalhealth

I'm setting myself some goals using the Daylio app as well as some white boards to help me keep track. I want to take better care of myself. I'm very aware I'll be 40 in a couple of years, and I need to do better for myself. My mental health has been my main focus but I gotta work on my body too. 2

January is always kinda rough and boring, but this week's had some big changes for me. I've started with some changes to my diet to help me lower my cholesterol and weight. As well as other changes, like drinking less soda and more water. Keeping up better hygiene habits and chores. 1

New dosset box. I have a terrible time remembering to take my medication. Even with mutiple phone alarms, I sometimes miss days. That's not great when you're on antidepressants. This should keep me set for about a month before I have to restock. #mentalhealth #medication
