Between the pointed head and the whipping tail- down to the rollerblade-esque feet, XLR8's design is really sleek and memorable. You could pick out his silohuette a mile away in a lineup. And to really top it off- his face has a plate that comes down like a motorcyle helmet for when he's running!

I could say this about a lot of the Ben 10 alien designs, because that show really is a masterclass in character design but I really want to highlight XLR8. XLR8 rules because his sleek lizard-like design really lends to the idea of a guy who's super fast.
