To be more specific I understand that MSRP is more for big box stores like GameStop & Best Buy. An LGS/small online retailer might have to sell a product for a slightly percentage higher than MSRP just to break even or make slight profit. That’s not the issue, the issue is this

Ya no one ever said there wasn’t other markets in other regions that don’t set their own 2nd hand market value But I’m specially talking about how in North America the market feels completely made up because what’s stopping sellers from inflating prices on one then under selling on the other?

It’s not blind confidence I’m just speaking from what I’ve noticed in all my years of collecting.

I mean correct me if I’m wrong but most people meaning collectors investors scalpers & the average consumer goes off of TCGPlayer & EBay as a loose guide for card prices on the 2nd hand market Whether they’ve owned it for only a couple years doesn’t negate them being 2 of the largest names for years

They’ve also taught me again how important it is to own physical media of things especially your favorites. I love Digimon but the movies are better sub but i adore the Adventures anime dub… plus they butchered the Digimon movies in dub by making all 3 of them into 1…
