Skan makes valid point but there's enough there that, IF jury convicted, ct would find evidence legally sufficient.
Not unusual for people to be prosecuted based such ambiguous language, w/jury deciding (based on all circumstances) what speaker meant, e.g., mob boss saying 'take care of that for me'
