Okay it’s a silly scene from a Movie with William Shatner. I thought he played with helpless hound dog MC at beauty contest staring Sandra Bullard as an undercover FBI agent. Miss Congeniality is the movie, really a great movie of you’re in the mode something fun with action great comedy.
