The dangers of obesity are much greater and will affect vastly more individuals suffering from obesity than side effects of the weight loss drugs. Even if 10% of glp-1 users experienced severe side effects it would be a massive net benefit.

Context is important kathy. The genocide of Palestinians done by Israel is directly funded and supported by the US. So of course US citizens feel passionately and want to do something to change it. What effect can US outrage have on the UAE who are the ones funding the Sudanese genocide?
