You can also dm the list creators to report missed accounts or accounts that are blocked by mistake. From what I understand these lists use keywords to identify accounts that are added to the list.

To mass block groups you don’t want to see go to their list tab and choose the list you want to block. Subscribe and a little drop down menu will appear. Select block. This will block all the accounts in the list.
