It’s been quite some time since my last post here. I love visiting my local art museum, especially at night when it’s less crowded, and feels kinda liminal, but in a good way.

I had a great 10 mile bike ride on a gravel and paved trail earlier today. Finding and trying out new trails is great, especially with a great bike, like my TREK Marlin 7. Then again, any bike is a great bike that works for you and brings you joy, but a TREK is something special. #biking #Trekbikes

My longest and best bike ride ever! Today was a good day! Probably because it was only 75 degrees F as opposed to 94 last Sunday, lol. My TREK Marlin 7 did very well today!

I had a good weekend drawing this for @masae.bsky.social after seeing her Pokémon Presents stream last Tuesday. It’s Corviknight in celestial form interacting with Constellation Corvus. And the background is based on the skybox from Fireworks Factory from Spyro 3. Thanks Masae for the inspiration! 👍

I love biking around lakes and trying out new biking paths, but I don’t like the unpredictable weather Missouri often faces. I expected sunny skies and high temperatures today, but nonstop pouring rain stepped in instead. It was nice and refreshing though, even if it cut my bike trip in half.

Man, do I love biking! Definitely more so than running, although both are great cardio workouts. Biking, getting to explore new areas, and stopping for breaks in cool places is always nice. This is from last Sunday to be honest, but I’m hoping to go night biking near a lake tonight if I can.

I’m proud of myself today. I made tomato soup, rolls, and lemon bars, all 100% from scratch. Tomato soup is super good! Not just mine, but in general. Surprisingly easy to make as well. Making food from scratch is super satisfying and rewarding.

I just hit an interesting mileage number on my 10 year-old Nissan Altima, and now I don’t want to drive another mile and ruin it, lol.

Little things in life often times surprise me and make me smile. Like finding a penny in a locker at Planet Fitness. I’ve found several pennies so far this year, some antique, all of which with Lincoln’s head facing up. I like to think my luck’s changing, and I hope yours is as well! #luck #penny
